curious&scared asked:
i heard this a since my childhood that there would be health issues with kidney when continously eating a combination of tomato with either egg or spinach. can anyone clear this for me? is it good to cook the recipes with this combinations? thank you

I cannot imagine any such issues. Personally I have never heard that particular wives’s tale. I’m wondering if others have also hear this.

That’s a very bizarre statement! Why should it matter if you eat tomatoes with spinach or eggs? What about OMELETS with spinach? Or Spanish omelets? …. someone is pulling your leg…..

I thought people made quiche with tomatoes, spinach and eggs?? I have never heard that was bad for you. The cholesterol in eggs is not good of course, but that’s all I can think of.
