Normally 13 year old girl will attain puberty, she will start getting her monthly periods. There will be a lot of psychological and biological change in a girl. You can do a little bit of analysis in these two subjects and write your essay. The adolosent age brings about lot of changes in her behaviour. That will add you well to your essay.
