Kansieo.com

My vet examines my dogs and gives them a health certificate all for $10. That's if he doesn't have to do anything extra and if they are healthy. I live down in the lower southern states though.

Create a video blog

I would call the vet's office where the shots were given and ask them if they could give you one. They might just mail you one or fax you one free of charge.

Caffeinated Content - Members-Only Content for WordPress

Yes, in order for your vet to complete a Health Certificate, the vet must examine your pet.
You can expect to pay for the office visit, ($35 to $40 here in Southern CA).
My vet charges $15 for the Health Certificate. Some may charge more, or may not charge you for one at all, it depends on their policies.
