I need some documentation on health risks of using older printers. Husband says the powder in the cartridges is hazardous once airborne?

yup but so is telc if it get air borne. Tona in most printers are fairly well sealed but you do get spilige.

Getting tona in a cut is the worst that has happened to me “hurts like hell”

These links have some useful information:

“Laser Printer Emissions Pose Health Risk”

“Printer health risk report triggers response from HP, researchers”

    “Printers pose health risks: study”

“Laser printer research “worrying” say air pollution organisations”

And, of course, the printer makers disagree….

“Printer makers reject health risk claim”

    Hope this helps!
