Would lifeguarding be considered health care work experience?

I am filling out a something on a college application and came across what health care experience the candidate has. I am a lifeguard and think that could kind of be considered health care work experience in a way but would like some other thoughts on this. Thanks!

    No. But I’m sure you have to be CPR certified which is great to put on a resume for a health related profession.

    Not really but you probably know cpr, that could go on the application.

    If you are certified in CPR then most definitly will it be considered.
