fruit have calories and fat and sugar in it, but its natural.. you could eat fruit all day and not gain a tiny bit of fat!

  2. candlace Says:

I totally agree with you about the health benefits of eating fruits. I have been eating at least a couple servings of fruit a day, esp. in the morning to noon. I try not to eat fruit at night because it runs my kidneys too much & I don’t feel like waking up too many times to relieve my kidneys. They’re soo watery & sweat so I try to avoid fruits at night.

Your welcome. :) I happen to be vegan and I found out about the compatibility chart. Usually our bodies tend to naturally know what not to pair up or what to eat first but sometimes we don’t know. Wish you the best. :)

  4. Muuip Says:

Thanks for your tip, I appreciate! :)

    hello “geatvideo2″

I finally got to search about candida yeast infection (Candidiasis).

Thank you for your information, this is giving me a great opportunity to control my IBS.

  6. sycjoe Says:

Also ensure you are eating the watermelon first because if you eat it after then it will cause stomach issues. In addition, don’t mix it with other fruit, the only thing it is compatible with is lemon.

  7. TreeClimbingMan Says:

Why is High Fructose in all of our food? Why is it so hard to find food without High Fructose Corn Syrup? Why is food without High Fructose Corn Syrup also listed as “All Natural” and cost so much more money? To be healthy and eat healthy you have to read food labels and spend more money. You pay one way or another either up front buying healthy food or as a co-payment at your doctors office.

  8. StrawberryBigMac Says:

loves how this is a response to chris crocker.

  9. paradigm667 Says:

One of these days people will realize that fruit is a FOOD not a SNACK, the entire health of our species will improve.
Until then, leave it up to the hooples to pollute your head with all kinds of idiocy.

Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food. Did you all know the Hippocratic authors, Socrates and Plato were ALL fruitarians AND they predicted mankind’s decline due to agriculture and animal mass farming etc.

    Wake up and live.

  10. ficticiouslove Says:

  14. EvelynGB Says:

since when did 2 bananas have 400 cals?

  15. TreeClimbingMan Says:

What about High Fructose corn syrup is it bad for the human body can it be proven to be safe like all the television commercials have America believing. I feel that it is man made and hard for the body to digest. Is it addictive does it cause health concerns over time, can it be proven that High Fructose corn syrup is safe. Why would most heath food stores carry products listed in bold “No High Fructose Corn Syrup” if it wasn’t a threat?

  16. MHugar Says:

I heard that if you eat too many bananas, you get constipated. Is this true?

  17. JCLeSinge Says:

“Fruit should be treated like candy?”

WTF? Are people really so dim and ignorant that they need the basic facts about food spelled out to them in detail? Seriously, are there morons out there going “Gee, this apple is fulla sugar, I’m gonna get me a recycled hamburger fulla protein instead!” SERIOUSLY?!

    The human race is doomed.

  18. Chipotle77 Says:

Great video, lots of great info. It’s too bad that some people don’t realize that fruit is nutritious. I used to work with someone who avoided fruit because she was trying to lose weight - she had that “nature’s candy” view of fruit that you mentioned.

  19. wedapeepole Says:

that was really good what does natalie think is the best few kinds of fruits?

  20. Tina13254 Says:

  22. yair44234 Says:

    Great videos Natalie!
what do you think of blended fruit Vs juiced (in a masticating juicer) fruit? do you still get all the benefits of whole fruit?
also, some say you shouldn’t mix fruit with vegetables (on the same meal or in the same smoothy) what’s your take?
    Thanks!

  23. crisology Says:

Whoops enzymes in food dont’ affect digestion. The food isn’t concerned about how well u digest it for seed dispersal. As you mention we produce enzymes needed for digestion. There are cofactors of digestion within foods but it isn’t a matter of enzymes in the food.

The digestion problems mentioned in the video relate more to acid/alkaline reactions to food.

Fruit is the optimal food make no mistake and leaves an alkaline residue for good nutrient absorption for humans.

  24. nybx01 Says:
