Obama is still against 3rd Term Abortion… Of course PP is behind NARAL (which i know about), they want the choice to be legal THEY DON’T WANT THAT TO BE THE ONLY CHOICE FOR WOMEN. The victims of 3rd term of abortion are terribly sad, and i dont support that. The subjects of 1st terms dont even know whats going on. No eyes, no nose, no brain. Nothing.
They may have no room in society but look, you can’t avoid it. Like rapists and killers, they should be gone, but they aren’t avoidable.

Before you read this just know… i work for Planned Parenthood and I entirely pro-abortion (not third term, like Obama). Planned Parenthood doesn’t trick kids in any way AT ALL into getting abortions. PP is not even FOR abortions. They don’t want to give abortions. Ask yourself this: Why would they? PP is a non-profit org. The money they make on abortion goes to funds like Take Charge to help young woman and young men who stuggle with money have the choice to use birth control and condoms.

You raise a good point, I don’t consider myself part of any particular social group though. I may well personally have values that support pro-life decisions. You have assumed otherwise. The only social group I might fall into the category of is society itself. If religious and other dogmatic issues are considered private not public matters then you WONT be forced to wear a turbin, go to church, be circumsized, or feel condemned to hell if you don’t comply because the LAW has forced it on you.

How in the hell is anything to controversial a subject to be in the hands of the courts? Isn’t it legal right now because of the courts? And I’m curious…since in your eyes, religious beliefs create a conflict of interest, I guess your social group’s common beliefs don’t do the same do they?

I don’t see how that is “tricking a minor”. To me this seems like a debate as to whether the adult has the authority to override the wishes of the minor in regards to abortion. I don’t possess the knowledge on the said proposition to formulate a strong opinion one way or the other. I base my ideologies on reason rather than blind folded emotion. So I will confess that said legislation does not “outrage” me. That being said, I will thank you for not implying that I am in someway “pro abortion”.

Abortion is far too controversial a subject to be in the hands of politicians or the courts. Also, there’s a major conflict of interest considering the number of pro-lifers who base their stance on their Christian values. Seperation of Church and state is a cornerstone of American freedom.

California had a proposition which would require that some sort of trusted adult to be notified 48 hours before a minor could have an abortion–said adult would have no legal say, simply notification. Voting such against a thing IS pro-abortion. If pro-choice people such as you are truly aren’t pro-abortion, then you should be outraged that groups like Planned parenthood can trick a minor into getting an abortion without any outside advice from a trusted adult.

I am pro-choice. But i think there’s a point to where you can’t get an abortion. You shouldn’t be able to get an abortion after your 3rd term. The baby is just to developed then.

because the mother’s body has to support the baby as it grows. if the mother is frail, then if the baby is dead she no longer has to support it. i’m pretty sure thats why.
