I’ve used that argument before sooo many times! I totally agree with you. nobody seems to see that there are a ton of socialized programs that they take for granted all the time. Why is health care any different?

>Do the FIREMEN ask you if you have fire insurance before they put out the fire!?
>Does a SCHOOL ask you if you have education insurance?
>Do POLICE ask you if you have police insurance before responding?
answer: >NO and it’s Government run.
>HEALTH is what we value most, and should be at the top of that list!

NADER/Gonzalez are for single-payer Health Care
so ALL Americans will have it.
> NO more PAY-or-DIE Healthcare $ystem!
> 18,000 Americans WILL DIE next year who lack access to health care!
> 47 Million Americans HAVE NO health care!

Listen to what Nader is saying about the incredibly flawed health care “industry” we have here. We are one of the worst industrialized nations at number 39th in the world for health care! We are in a Health Care CRISIS when
> 47 Million Americans HAVE NO health care!
We’ll just have to agree to disagree.

I know you will think im even crazier for saying this, but i dont think schools should be government run either. Our form of government is a bad administrator because of its limited powers. I think we should do something like sweden is doing and privatize our system. I mean c’mon our public schools are terrible.

police and fire dept should be government run, yes. But that doesnt mean everything should. Where do u draw the line? Yes, i favor profit-over-people companies. Like ford and toyota that throw quality out the window and cut corners in their inherently unsafe cars just to make a few bucks. Wait that doesn’t happen. Their cars are very safe and well made. They have to put people first if they want to stay in business.

>Does the Fireman ask someone who’s house burning if they have fire insurance before they put out the fire!?
answer: NO, and it’s Government run.
>Does an elementary school ask you if you have education insurance? answer: NO, and it’s Government run.

Health care can be a life and death situation and, not everyone can afford it. You”d prefer to have your health care “tied” to a private insurance company that values Profit-Over-People!? The government is held more accountable so, it is in our best interest to have them running single-payer.

Capitalism works for cars, cell phones, and car insurance. i think it would work for health care. Besides doesn’t it get tiring having ur health care tied to ur senator or president. If u elect the wrong guy u die. Just be self-reliant. Dont depend on the government for this. remember katrina.

The MAJORITY of Americans want Single-Payer!
Relying on an “industry” as the health care system is now,
assures you will be considered a mere NUMBER!
I suggest you listen to what Nader is saying in the video.
We The People want Single-Payer like Canada!
>18,000 Americans WILL DIE next year who lack access
to health care with our present health care “industry”!
Vote Nader/Gonzalez 08!

why cant we make health care insurance like car insurance. i dont want my health care tied to my job. only capitalism will work. I dont want the government handling my health care. I dont want any laws prohibiting me from being unhealthy to save the government money.

NADER/Gonzalez = WE the PEOPLE
Democrat/Republican party = THEY the CORPORATION$
>* The two headed Democrat/Republican monster is not
to be trusted as they’ve proven over and over!
>* “Spoiler” is a politically bigoted word used by the opposing parties to keep the independents out of the race.
You’d be Played-A-Fool supporting the RepubliCrat$ again!

the system in canada is not perfect, but i agree with nader in that if there were just a little more spent on healthcare we would have a “cadillac” health care system. the wonderful thing about canada’s system is that it is fair to all.
