		<description>my cereals of choice have generally been honey nut cheerios and honey bunches of oats with almonds.  lately though i have been trying to find cereals with lower sugar and higher fiber.  :)</description>

		<description>I like Kashi. I was first introduced to Kashi on an outdoor ed trip. Before canoeing down the colorado river, we had cereal. Kashi was one of them so I grabbed that and while eating, I was able to spot a variety of whole grains, even sunflower seeds. So I like Kashi.</description>
