<a href="http://kansieo.com">health</a>

Define healthy eating pattern. If it means doesn't eat three meals a day at set times... well, there's not much. Throughout most of my childhood and adolescence, I was a grazer. I got basically what I needed in terms of a balanced diet, but I ate at least 6 times a day, just small amounts.

If healthy eating pattern means that the adolescent isn't eating enough or is eating too much... anything from just looking terribly unhealthy to diabetes to organ failure, on both sides of the equation.
