What are the health benefits of drinking vinegar in water?

I remember reading an article about the many health benefits of drinking a teaspoon or two of apple-cider vinegar in water each day, but forget what the benefits are and can’t find the article now. Does anyone know what they might be?

Well some say that apple cider vinegar taken each day some how helps you lose weight (When I go to Greenlife Grocery the apple cider tablets are in the weight loss section too), but Iv’e recently read several weight loss and nutrition books and they said it isn’t true.

I have taken apple cider vinegar (ACV) in water for a little over a year now. After an endoscopy, I was diagnosed with gastitis, a stomach problem, and taking ACV was a tremendous help. My gastritis has now virtually disappeared. Also, I had gained about 20 pounds for some medication my doctor prescribed for me. After taking ACV for about 3 months, I lost about 20 to 25 pounds. The first month, I don’t think I lost an ounce, but after that the pounds started coming off. Applied externally, it even removed a wart from my leg.

Avoid ACV sold in grocery stores, and avoid ACV capsules. It is important to use raw, unfiltered ACV. Good brands are Braggs, WholeFood, Eden, and Spectrum. Twice a day, I take 1 or more teaspoons in water with a tablespoons of honey. There are other ways to take ACV. See the links below.

My favorite ACV link is. A huge google link is

Immeasureably better than drinking without water. I would, at best, say that vinegar is a corrosive. Apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp in 8 oz water 3 times a day is good for your. No more leg cramps at night!
