Along with doing that there are many other benefits of meditation. It provides a inner peace to you which is good for your soul. :) It provides good exercise for your heart and lungs. It gives your mind a serious break (everyone needs them!) At times your mind is processing a million different things at a time. You would get tired too!</description>

I have always felt that it allows an individual to find an ability to deal with stress in a better fashion. By being able to find your center, a place that allows you be calm in stressful situations you body is able to handle stressful situations in a better fashion. Stress is a huge contributor to peoples poor health condition in many areas.</description>
