I can suggest making a list of things that you've done, what you enjoyed, how you've helped, etc. If you write down everything important that's happened on the subject and organize those topics, that can make for the start of a good outline on how to write a report/paper. I've had to do that many times when I was stuck on how to write any reports when I didn't know where to start. Good luck!
